How Can We Help Manage and Faciltate Your Cornhole Tournament?

When you hire us to manage your cornhole tournament, we help plan and execute the details of the tournament day of. We provide the games, the scoring system, the sound system, and an Emcee to set up the equipment and keep the party moving. We will show up about an hour prior to your event, set up the boards, put numbers on each board, set up the scoring table and PA system, and then we will take a list of teams from you an input into our software. Once you are ready we will start the tournament we will announce the rules and basics of cornhole, run through what to do when games are over, and then start calling out active games. Our software will move the tournament along as folks come up to the scoring table and tell us the winner of matches, and we will continue calling out games until the end where we will announce the winners!

We can handle both single elimination and double elimination tournaments, as well as world cup style round robin. We can help you determine the best format based on your time, budget and number of teams. 

Our pricing depends on the number of teams you have, which also will determine how long tournaments last and how much equipment we will need.
